Mr. Phillip T. Ragon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He is also the Founder of the company. Mr. Ragon serves as a Trustee of the Mass General Brigham health system and the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).

Mr. James Rose serves as the Vice President of Marketing of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Symantec Corp and held various senior marketing roles at IBM, including Vice President of Integrated Marketing Communications and Vice President of Digital Marketing. Earlier, Mr. Rose also worked with Ogilvy and Mather as the Vice President Account Supervisor for the Compaq account.

Ms. Susan M. Ragon serves as the Vice President of Finance, Administration and Recruitment of the company. Previously, she held various executive-level positions in the company, including Director of finance, administration, marketing, and documentation. She joined the company in 1985.

Mr. Luciano Brustia serves as the Managing Director of Asia Pacific business of the company. He joined the company in 2003 and since then held various leadership roles. Prior to that, Mr. Brustia worked as an implementation partner for InterSystems and as Chief Information Officer for several groups of hospitals in Italy.

Mr. Michel Amous Serves as the Managing Director of EMEA of the company. Previously, he held various roles in sales at Novartis for the Middle East and Africa region and served as the Head of Sales for the Middle East at Cerner.
