Mr. Elie Maalouf has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company since January 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Americas from 2015 to 2023. Earlier, he was a Senior Advisor at McKinsey & Company from 2012 to 2014. Mr. Maalouf served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at HMSHost Corporation (HMSHost). He was with HMSHost for 15 years.

Mr. Michael Glover has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Financial Officer of the Americas, Group Head of Commercial Finance and Chief Financial Officer of IHG’s China region from February 2013 to September 2015 at IHG. Previously he served various roles at IHG such as Group Financial Controller.

Mr. Daniel Blanchard has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Vice President for IT Infrastructure and Reliability at Delta Air Lines. Previously, he worked with Marriott International and Boeing.

Mr. Wayne Hoare has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at RCL FOODS. Previously, he served in various positions at Unilever and most recently as Senior Vice President of HR for Global Centres of Expertise.

Ms. Yasmin Diamond has been the Executive Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs at IHG since 2016. Prior to this, she served as Director of Communications at the Home Office. Previously, Ms. Diamond held other positions, including Director of Communications at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs; Head of Communications for Welfare to Work and New Deal; and Head of Marketing at the Department for Education and Skills. Before joining government communications, Ms. Diamond was Publicity Commissioner for the BBC.
