Mr. David C. Wajsgras has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President at Raytheon Company, now part of Raytheon Technologies. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Lear Corp. Earlier, Mr. Wajsgras also held various other key operations and leadership roles.

Mr. Lisa Hammitt is the Chairperson of the company. She also serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Davidson Technologies, Inc. She is also a Board Member of Clear Channel Outdoor and Glassbox.

Mr. Anthony O’Brien has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Raytheon Corp. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Raytheon Company, until merger with United Technologies.

Mr. Jonathan B. Cobin has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Commercial Officer of Gogo Inc. Prior to that, he served as the Head of strategy at Centennial Communications and held positions as a Strategy Consultant at Dean & Company and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan.

Mr. Bruno Fromont has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he held various positions in the company including Program Manager of Ground Systems Engineering, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Previously, Mr. Fromont held various Senior Management Positions with Aerospatiale and Alcatel Space. He started his career as a Researcher in artificial intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
