Mr. William L. Young has been the Chairman of the company since May 2022. He has been a Director of Intact Financial Corporation since 2018. He was a member of the Magna International Board of Directors from 2011 to May 2022 and has chaired that board from 2012 to 2022. He was the Chair of the Board of Directors of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. in September 2020. He co-founded and was a partner of Monitor Clipper Partners in 1998. He is also a founding partner of Westbourne Management Group (1988) and a partner in the European practice of Bain & Company from 1981 to 1988.

Mr. Charles Brindamour has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since January 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Personal Lines, and Executive Vice President.

Mr. Louis Marcotte is the Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He was the Senior Vice President of Strategic Distribution at the company. Prior to that, Mr. Marcotte was Treasurer of IFC. He has more than 25 years of progressive international experience in financial management with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing, system implementation, public reporting and tax planning.

Mr. Patrick Barbeau has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of IFC since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of Claims at Intact Insurance. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Personal Lines.

Mr. Frederic Cotnoir has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since June 2021. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate and Legal Services and Secretary of the company. Earlier he was a Partner at McCarthy Tetrault.
