Mr. William H. Lewis has been the Chairman of the company since November 2018 and Chief Executive Officer, and President of Insmed since 2012. He is the former Co-Founder, President and the Chief Financial Officer of Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Prior to Aegerion, Mr. Will spent more than 10 years working in the US and Europe in investment banking in the US and Europe.

Ms. Sara M. Bonstein has been the Chief Financial Officer of Insmed since January 2020. Prior to joining the company, she served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Corporate Secretary of OncoSec Medical and as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President of Advaxis Inc. Sara was a Six Sigma Champion and Black Belt at Eli Lilly & Co. Prior to her Six Sigma role, she served as the Director of Finance at Eli Lilly and ImClone. Before that she served as a financial analyst at Johnson & Johnson.

Mr. Roger Adsett has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since November 2019. Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of the company. Mr. Adsett also served as Senior Vice President, Head of the Gastrointestinal and Internal Medicine business unit at Shire plc. He also held various marketing and commercial roles at AstraZeneca Plc, a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company.

Dr. Martina Flammer has been the Chief Medical Officer of the comapny since December, 2019. Most recently, Dr. Martina served as the Head of Corporate Division Customer Value, and Senior Vice President at Boehringer Ingelheim International. Previously, she served as a Vice President Clinical Development & Medical Affairs, Specialty Care Business Unit, and Chief Medical Officer, Vice President of Medicine, Regulatory Affairs & Pharmacovigilance at Boehringer Ingelheim Canada. Prior to that, Dr. Martina held medical and commercial roles at Pfizer.

Dr. Eugene Sullivan has been the Chief Product Strategy Officer of the company since June 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Medical and Scientific Officer in the company. Prior to Insmed, Mr. Sullivan served as the Vice President, Global Regulatory Affairs at AstraZeneca and as the Chief Medical Officer at United Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. Sullivan also held several positions at the US Food and Drug Administration, including Deputy Director of the Division of Pulmonary and Allergy Products.
