Mr. Brunon Bartkiewicz has been the President of the bank since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Innovation Officer at ING Bank NV from 2014 to April 2016. Mr. Bartkiewicz also served as the Head of International Retail Banking Division of ING Bank NV from 2012 to 2014. Previously, he served as a General Manager at ING Direct from 2010 to 2012. Earlier, Mr. Bartkiewicz served as the President of the Management Board at ING Bank Slaski SA from 2004 to 2009.

Ms. Joanna Erdman has been a Vice President of Material Risk Management at the bank since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Vice President of the bank from 2013 to 2021. Previously, Head of Strategic Clients Business Line of the bank from 2010 to 2013. Previously, Ms. Erdman served as a Director of Strategic Client Center in the bank from 2001 to 2007. She also served as a Corporate Banking Officer at ING Bank NV from 1996 to 2001. Earlier, Ms. Erdman served in Marketing Department at Bank Pekao SA from 1995 to 1996.

Ms. Bozena Graczyk has been a Vice President of the Chief Financial Office Division at the bank since June 2017. Prior to this, she served in various positions such as Partner in Financial Services, Director of Financial Risk Management Team, and Director of Accounting Consultancy Services at KPMG from 1994 to 2017.

Mr. Aleksander Galos serves has been the Chairman of the bank since 2017 and a director since 2014.. Previously, he served as the Director of Legal Officer at PGE Energia Jadrowa SA from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Alexander served as the Member and later Chairman of the Supervisory Board at PWPW SA from 2013 to 2016.
