Mr. George A. Riedel has been the Chairman of the company since November 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Lecturer in the General Management Unit at Harvard Business School. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CloudMark. He also worked in various executive leadership roles at Nortel Networks Corp, including Chief Strategy Officer and Vice President of Business Units. Mr. Riedel served as Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Juniper Networks.

Mr. David W Heard has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company November 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer from October 2018 to November 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company. Earlier, he worked in numerous executive leadership roles at Lucent, Santera Systems (Tekelec), Somera (Jabil), Bigband (Arris) and JDSU (Viavi).

Mr. David F Welch has been the Chief Innovation Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chief Strategy and Technology Officer of the company from November 2017 to October 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of the company from 2013 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Director of the company since 2010. He also worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Infinera from 2004 to 2013. Dr. Welch served as the Chief Development Officer and Chief Technology Officer at the company from 2001 to 2004. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Transmission Products Group at JDS Uniphase. Dr. Welch served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development at SDL.

Ms. Nancy Erba has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2019. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance for the company. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Immersion Corp from September 2016 to March 2019. Earlier, she worked as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Seagate Technology plc from February 2015 to October 2015.

Mr. David Teichmann has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since April 2019. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Oclaro, Inc from January 2014 to December 2018. Prior to that, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Trident Microsystems Inc from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Teichmann also worked as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at GoRemote Internet Communications Inc from 1998 to 2006.
