Ms. Therese Esperdy has been the Chairman of the company since January 2020. She also serves as a Director at Moody's Corp. Previously, she held various roles at JP Morgan, including Global Chairman of JP Morgan’s Financial Institutions Group, Global Head of Debt Capital Markets, Co-Head of Asia-Pacific Corporate & Investment Banking, and Head of US Debt Capital Markets. She started her career at Lehman Brothers and joined Chase Securities in 1997.

Mr. Stefan Bomhard has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since July 2020. He also serves as a Director at Compass Group Plc. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at Inchcape plc. Prior to this, Mr. Stefan served as the President of European region at Bacardi Ltd, Chief Operating Officer of Unilever Food Solutions Europ and Chief Commercial Officer of Cadbury plc. Earlier, he held various senior management and sales and marketing positions at Procter & Gamble and Diageo (Burger King).

Mr. Lukas Paravicini has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of ED&F Man Holdings. Previously, he held senior positions at Fonterra. Mr. Paravicini held various positions of the company including Chief Financial Officer from 2013 to 2017, and Chief Operating Officer of Global Consumer and Foodservice Business from 2017 to 2018. Before that, he held various senior finance and general management roles at Nestle.

Mr. Sean Roberts has been Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he held a range of senior positions at GlaxoSmithKline over 23 years, including Senior Vice President and General Counsel of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. Earlier in his career, Mr. Roberts was a commercial lawyer at the international law firm Simmons & Simmons.

Ms. Alison Clarke has been the Chief People and Culture Officer of the company since September 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Inchcape Plc. Prior to this, she held several senior-level positions at Whitbread Plc, Hutchison Whampoa Limited, and United Utilities.
