Mr. Robert W. Pittman has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he held several other positions at the company and its subsidiaries, including the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and a Director. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at AOL Time Warner in 2002, and its Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2001 to 2002. Earlier, Mr. Pittman was the President and Chief Operating Officer at American Online from 1998 to 2001. Mr. Pittman also serves on the boards of numerous charitable organizations, including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Foundation, the Lupus Research Alliance, and the Robin Hood Foundation. Mr. Pittman also serves a member and an investor in, Pilot Group.

Mr. Richard J. Bressler has been the Chief Financial Officer, President, Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at THL. Previously, he served as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Viacom from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Bressler was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Time Warner Digital Media from 1995 to 1999, and an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Time Warner. In addition, he also worked as Partner at the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP. Currently, Mr. Bressler also serves as a Director at iHeart Communications and Gartner, and a Member of the Board of Managers at iHeartMedia Capital I.

Mr. Steve Mills has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of T-Mobile USA and Director of Bearing Point Inc, Alex eBanking Intelligent Technologies, Berkom USA, PcOder.com and E-System.

Ms. Gayle Troberman has been President and Chief Marketing Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Chief Marketing and Ideas Officer at IPG Mediabrands. Prior to that, she was the Chief Creative Officer at Microsoft.

Ms. Wendy Goldberg has been Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at Hearst Entertainment & Syndication; the Senior Vice President of Communications at Six Flags; and the Vice President of Communications at America Online and AOL Time Warner.
