IGM Financial Inc: Executives

Mr. R Jeffrey Orr serves as the Chairman of the company. He has been the Director of the company since 2001. Mr. Orr serves as the Chairman of the Board at Investors Group and Mackenzie. He has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Power Financial since 2005. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Orr served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at IGM Financial. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at BMO Nesbitt Burns and the Vice Chairman of the Investment Banking Group at the Bank of Montreal. Mr. Orr served at BMO Nesbitt Burns and predecessor companies from 1981.

Mr. James O'Sullivan has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2020. Previously, he held various roles in the divisions of Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Insurance and Personal and Commercial Banking areas of the company. Mr. O'Sullivan also serves as Director of IG Wealth Management and Mackenzie Inc.

Mr. Keith Potter has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice-President of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice-President of Finance and Treasurer, IGM Financial Inc of the company. Previously, Mr. Potter served as the Head of Insurance, Mortgage and Banking Solutions at IG Wealth Management.

Mr. Michael Dibden has been the Chief Operation Officer of the company since 2017. He also leads the Shared Services Operations divisions in Mackenzie Investments and Investors Group. Previously, Mr. Dibden served as the Senior Vice President of Wealth Management Technology and Technology Operations at CIBC. He also served in organizations including DXC Technologies, EDS, Fidelity Investments and Deloitte.

Mr. Doug Milne serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as an Executive Role in Marketing at a Canadian financial institution. Mr. Milne also serves as the Vice Chairman at Canadian Advertisers.
