Mr. Barry Broadus has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Dovel Technologies. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at SRI International, Constellis, and Alion Science and Technology. Earlier, he also held senior financial positions with SAIC and EDS; and was a U.S. Army Field Artillery Officer.

Mr. John George has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information and Innovation Officer at Vangent, Inc. He also held several technical and management positions at AT&T Solutions and Oracle. Previously, he worked as the Chief Engineer for the Information Network Program Office at the U.S. Department of the Navy Headquarters. Currently, he serves as a member of policy advisory committee for Fairfax County Information Technology and a member of the Cyber Security Advisory Board at Mary Baldwin University. He also serves as a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers. Mr. George joined the company in 2012.

Mr. Matt Maurer has been the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the top communications officer of Opower and Blackboard companies. He has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and communications strategies in the technology, policy and professional service industries.

Ms. Caryn McGarry has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she held various HR leadership roles with USA Today Network, TASC, Verizon, and MCI. She has more than 20 years of experience.

Mr. James Morgan has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 20202. Prior to this, he held various positions of the company including Chief of Business Operations, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he worked as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Serco, Inc. He also spent 18 years with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) as the company’s business transformation officer. Earlier, he worked at Arthur Andersen & Co.
