Mr. Barry Diller has been the Chairman and Senior Executive of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company from 1995 to 2010. Previously, he held various roles at TripAdvisor Inc, including special advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of from 2013 to 2017, Director from 2011 to 2013, and Chairman and Senior Executive from 2011 to 2012. He served as the Chairman of Live Nation Entertainment Inc from 2008 to 2010 and the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of QVC Inc from 1992 to 1994 and Fox Inc from 1984 to 1992. Earlier, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Pictures Corp, President of entertainment and Communications Group which include Simon & Schuster, Inc., Madison Square Garden Corporation and SEGA Enterprises Inc, and as the Vice President of Prime Time Television for ABC Entertainment. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Senior Executive of Expedia Inc and Director of The Coca-Cola Company and MGM Resorts International.

Mr. Joseph Levin has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of IAC Search & Applications from 2012 to 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mindspark Interactive Network from 2009 to 2012. Previously, Mr. Levin served as a Director of LendingTree Inc, The Active Network. Groupon Inc, Match Group Inc, Angi Inc, MGM Resorts International and Vimeo Inc. He joined the company in 2003 as Associate Director in the Merger & Acquisition (M&A) Group and then he became Senior Vice President of M&A and Finance. He also serves on the board of Turo and MGM Resorts International and as the Chairman of Agni Inc.

Mr. Christopher Halpin serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at National Football League (NFL) from 2018 to 2022. Mr. Halpin served as the Chief Strategy Officer of NFL From 2017 to 2018, led its Consumer Products business from 2014 to 2018, and also led strategy and business development for the League’s media business from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Halpin started his career in the Merchant Banking Department of Goldman Sachs & Co. Previously, he served as the Partner and Managing Director at Providence Equity Partners.

Ms. Kendall Handler has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, she served as the Vice President, M&A Counsel of the company in 2017. Ms. Handler also served as a Director of Angi Inc and Vimeo Inc.

Mr. Joshua J. Koplik serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Global Information Security for HBO. Previously, Mr. Koplik served as a Director of Technology risk management at Fidelity Investments.
