IAA Inc: Executives

Ms. Susan Healy has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Ulta Beauty. Ms. Healy also served as the Chief Financial Officer at apparel retailer Lands’ End.

Mr. Maju Abraham has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2019. He previously served as the Vice President of Business Technology of IAA from September 2014 to 2019. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Abraham served as Director of Business Technology at IAA and prior to that, held various other technology roles at IAA from 2005 to 2010. He also worked at Accubyte Inc. from 2002 to 2005 and Diamond InfoTech from 1996 to 2002.

Mr. Sidney Peryar has been the Chief Legal Officer, Executive Vice President and Secretary of the company since 2019. Previously he served as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of IAA from 2017 to 2019. He joined IAA in 2001 as the Corporate Counsel. From 2004 to February 2017, Mr. Peryar served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at IAA. Prior to joining IAA, Mr. Peryar served as an Attorney at Fairbank & Vincent.

Mr. Justin Mahlik has been the Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President, Global Buyer Development and Data of the company. Mr. Mahlik served as the Chief Operating Officer at DRIVIN.

Mr. Steve Muscarello serves as the Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Sales of the company. He joined IAA in 2017?as the Vice President of Innovation and Product Development?. ?Prior to this, Mr. Muscarello was the Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at?MedSpeed.
