Mr. Timothy Hodgson has been the Chairman of the company since August 2019. He has served as Director of the Hydro One. Previously, he was appointed as Managing Partner of Alignvest Management Corporation from 2012 to August 2019. Mr. Hodgson also served as Special Advisor to Mr. Mark Carney, Governor of the Bank of Canada from 2010 to 2012. He has also held various positions in New York, London, Silicon Valley and Toronto with Goldman Sachs and served as Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs Canada.

Mr. David Lebeter has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this he also served as a Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2020 to 2023. Prior to this, he served various executive positions at BC Hydro from 2010-2019 comprising the Senior Vice President of Safety and the Vice President of Transmission & Distribution Field Operations. Before joining in the utility sector, Mr. Lebeter has an experience of 23 years in the forest industry.

Mr. Brad Bowness is the Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, he served various roles in the company over 26 years including Vice President, Construction Services; Vice President, Transmission & Stations; and Vice President, Distribution. Prior to this, he served six years in the management consulting and systems integration industry.

Mr. Paul Harricks is the Chief Legal Officer of the company. Prior to this, he had 40 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure industries and served as a partner and leader of the Energy Sector Industry Group for Gowlings WLG Canada LLP.

Mr. Chris Lopez has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Regulatory Officer of the company since April 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President of the company from 2016 to 2018. He served as Vice President of Corporate Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions at TransAlta Corp from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Lopez served as Director of Operations, Finance at TransAlta from 2007 to 2011 and held Senior Financial Roles include County Financial Controller for TransAlta Australia from 1999 to 2007. Prior to this, he served as Senior Financial Accountant of Rio Tinto Iron Ore Australia from 1997 to 1999.
