Mr. Thomas J. Pritzker has been the Chairman of the company since August 2004. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from August 2004 to December 2006. He served as the President of Hyatt Corporation in 1980. He also served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of Hyatt Corporation from 1999 to 2006. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of The Pritzker Organization, LLC (TPO), and the principal financial and investment advisor to various Pritzker family business interests. He also served as a Director of TransUnion Corp until June 2010, as the Chairman of Marmon Holdings, Inc. and Director of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. He serves as Director and the Vice President of the Pritzker Foundation, a Director and the President of the Pritzker Family Philanthropic Fund and the Chairman and the President of the Hyatt Foundation.

Mr. Mark S. Hoplamazian has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since December 2006. Previously, he served as the President of The Pritzker Organization, L.L.C. and the principal financial and investment advisor to certain Pritzker family business interests. At present, Mr. Hoplamazian serves as the Chairman of the American Hotel & Lodging Association, Director of VF Corporation, Brand USA, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and Skills for Chicagoland's Future. He also serves as a member of the World Travel & Tourism Council, and the Commercial Club of Chicago, and is member of the Discovery Class of the Henry Crown Fellowship.

Ms. Joan Bottarini has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the com pany since November 2018. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President for Finance—Americas from 2016 to 2018. She held various titles such as Vice President , Hotel Finance for Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) from 2014 to 2016, as Vice President for Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2014. Prior to joining the company, she served as an Assurance Manager at KPMG LLP.

Mr. Eben Hewitt has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Sabre Hospitality. Previously, Mr. Hewitt also held technology leadership roles at Choice Hotels International and O’Reilly Media.

Ms. Malaika L. Myers has been serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since September 2017. Previously, Ms. Myers worked as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Jarden Corporation, as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Arysta LifeScience, and in various senior management roles at Diageo PLC. Prior to that, she served at PepsiCo for 10 years after serving in various HR roles with FMC Corporation.
