Mr. Kirkland H. Donald has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Systems Planning and Analysis Inc from 2013 to 2015. Previously, Mr. Donald served in the US Navy and also served as the Director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. Currently, he serves as the Board of Directors of Entergy Corp., Battelle Memorial Institute, Cybercore Technologies, Robbins Gioia and the Naval Submarine League and NuScale Power.

Mr. Christopher D. Kastner has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2021 to March 2022, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer of the March 2016 to February 2021, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Corporate Development of the company from August 2012 to March 2016 and as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company’s Ingalls Shipbuilding segment in 2011. Previously, he also served as the Vice President of Business Management and Chief Financial Officer of Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding-Gulf Coast, and Vice President of Contracts and Risk management of Northrop Grumman Ship Systems from 2006 to 2008.

Mr. Thomas E. Stiehle serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions within the company including; Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ingalls Shipbuilding, and Vice President, Contracts and Pricing, for Ingalls Shipbuilding. Previously, he worked at Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Nicolas G. Schuck has been the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, he held various positions within the company including; Assistant Controller of Newport News Shipbuilding division, and the Corporate Assistant Controller in 2012. Mr. Schuck also served as the Director of Finance at ManTech International Corporation from 2009 to 2011. He also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Christoper W. Soong has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the company since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Information Officer for HII’s Mission Technologies business segment of the company from August 2021 to April 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Alion Science and Technology from October 2018 to August 2021. Earlier, he also hled various executive-level positions at Booz Allen Hamilton.
