Mr. Zhang Wei has been the Chairman of the company since December 2019. Previously, he served at Jiangsu Electronic Industry Bureau and Deputy Director of Asset Management Division; Chairman at Govtor Capital Group Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhou Yi has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since December 2019. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Company from October 2019 to December 2019. He also served as the Chairman at Jiangsu Bei’er Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Xinwang Telecom Tech Co., Ltd.; Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Beier Fortune Communications Company; President at Huatai Securities Limited Liability Company from February 2007 to December 2007.

Ms. Jiao Xiaoning has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2020. Previously, she worked at Commercial Bank of China Limited; Deputy Chief Clerk and Chief Clerk of of the accounting department in Ministry of Finance; Director and accounting department division at CSRC from November 2009 to January 2014. She served as Deputy Inspector and Deputy Director of the accounting department at CSRC from January 2014 to January 2020.

Mr. Wang Chong has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as a General Manager of Risk Management Department in the company from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he served as a Risk Compliance Officer at China International Capital Corporation (UK) Limited from January 2010 to November 2014. Earlier, Mr. Chong served at J.P. Morgan Securities from June 2007 to January 2010.

Mr. Jiao Kai has been the General Legal Counsel and Chief compliance officer of the company since December 2019 and February 2020 respectively. Previously, he served as a Director of Beijing center of Shanghai Stock Exchange from March 2014 to February 2017; General Manager of membership department at Shanghai Stock Exchange from February 2017 to December 2019.
