Hornbach Holding AG & Co KGaA: Executives

Mr. Albrecht Hornbach has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the company from 2001 to 2015. Mr. Hornbach also served as the Chairman of HORNBACH Baumarkt AG from 1998 to 2001. Earlier, he also served as the Managing Director at a property development and asset management company.

Ms. Karin Dohm has been the Chief Financial officer of the company since April 2021. Presently, she also serves as the Director of Global Program at Deutsche Bank AG. Previously, she served as the Global Head of Government and Regulatory Affairs and Group Structuring at Deutsche Bank AG from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, she also served as Global Head of the Accounting Policy and Advisory Group of DB Group and Chief Accounting Officer and Head of Group External Reporting at Deutsche Bank AG from 2011 to 2014. She also served as the Partner and held various other positions within Financial Services at Deloitte & Touche GmbH from 2011 to 2014.

Mr. John Feldmann has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Hertie Foundation from 2012 to 2014. Prior to this, he also served as Chairman at KION GROUP AG from 2011 to 2019. He served as the Member of Board of Management of BASF SE from 2000 to 2011. Earlier, he served in various Management positions at BASF AG from 1988 to 1999. Mr. Feldmann served in various Management functions at CPC Europe Ltd from 1980 to 1988.
