Mr. Seiji Kuraishi serves as the Chairman of the company, since 2022. Prior to this, he served as Director, Executive Officer and Executive Vice President, since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Officer for Automobile Operations, since 2019. Prior to this, he served as Director of Strategy, Business Operations and Regional Operations, since 2019 to 2017. Prior to this, Mr. Kuraishi served as Executive Vice President,Chief Operating Officer, Director and also served as in Charge of Strategy, Business Operations and Regional Operations. Prior to this, he served as Corporate Brand Officer and Risk Management Officer, Executive Vice President, Executive Officer, Senior Managing Officer and Director in 2016. Prior to this, he served as Managing Officer in 2014; President of Honda Motor (China) Technology Co., Ltd in 2013; Operating officer in 2011. Mr Kuraishi joined the company in 1982.

Mr. Toshihiro Mibe has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, Representative Executive Officer and Director of Honda since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as the company's Director and President; Senior Managing Director; Risk Management Officer; and Senior Managing Officer. Previously, he also served as the President and Representative Director of Honda R&D Co., Ltd; Executive Vice President and Director of Honda R&D Co., Ltd.; Managing Officer of the Company; Senior Managing Officer and Director of Honda R&D Co., Ltd.; Head of Drivetrain Business Unit in Automobile Production for Automobile Operations; and Managing Officer of Honda R&D Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shinji Aoyama serves as the Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Director and Representative Executive Officer, since April 2023. Prior to this, he served as Director, Senior Managing Executive Officer, Chief Officer for Automobile Operations and Corporate Brand Officer, since 2022. Prior to this, Mr. Aoyama served as the Managing Executive Officer, Managing Officer of the Electrification division. Prior to this, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of American Honda Motor Co Inc, since 2019. Prior to this, Mr. Aoyama served in various senior management positions in the organization. He joined the company in 1986.
