Mr. Ajit Gulabchand has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 1994. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Indian Hume Pipe Co Ltd and Managing Director of Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd.

Mr. Arjun Dhawan has been the Executive Vice Chairman and a Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of HCC Infrastructure. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Arya Capital Management. He also served at Trellus Management Company, Banc of America Securities, and Leveraged Finance Groups of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Rahul Rao has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance & Strategy at Va Tech Wabag GmbH, Austria. Previously, he has also served in various roles at Global Steel Holdings Ltd, Sterlite Industries India Ltd, SICOM Ltd and BSES Ltd.

Mr. Jaspreet Bhullar has been the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of Multiplex Constructions India. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and the Head of Leighton India Contractors, LG Engineering & Construction Corp (now GS E&C), Oriental Structural Engineers, Continental Construction, Balfour Beatty and Foundation (now AeCON).

Mr. Santosh Rai is the Chief Business Officer and Director- Operations of the company. He also has experience in the construction sector, with a core focus on business development, construction management, planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
