Mr. Pawan Munjal has been the Chairman of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Asian PGA Tour Board of Directors and the President of the Professional Golfers Association of India. Currently, he serves as a Director at Hero FinCorp, Hero InvestCorp, Hero Future Energies, Rockman Industries, Indian School of Business, Munjal Acme Packaging Systems Pvt Ltd and Bahadur Chand Investments Private Limited.

Mr. Niranjan Gupta has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this he served as a Chief Financial Officer at Hero MotoCorp from April 2017 to 2023. Prior to this, Mr. Gupta served as the Global Finance Director of Household care and Hair category at Unilever, London and he also served as the Procurement Head of Unilever, South Asia. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aluminium and Power vertical at Vedanta Group.

Mr. Vivek Anand has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 1, 2024.

Mr. Arun Jaura has been Chief Technology Officer of the company, since January 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director of Michelin India Technology Center from 2017. Earlier, he served in various leadership roles in the companies Traktion, SAE International, Eaton, Mahindra and Mahindra, Ford Motor Company, DRDO, and Sang Sun.

Mr. Ranjivjit Singh has been the Chief Growth Officer of the company since February 2022. Prior to this, he has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company from 2021 to February 2022. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Samsung India. Prior to this, he worked across companies like Ericsson Communications, Microsoft India, HP India and Samsung. Earlier, he served as Brand Manager of Hindustan Lever.
