Mr. Michael O. Johnson has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since December 2022. He held Chairman position from 2007 to 2020; and Chief Executive Officer position from 2019 to 2020 at the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2003 to 2017, Chairman from 2007 to 2020, and Chief Executive Officer from 2019 to 2020 at Herbalife Nutrition. Prior to this, Mr. Johnson worked as the President of Walt Disney International, President of Asia Pacific and President of Buena Vista Home Entertainment at The Walt Disney Company. He also served as a Director of Univision Communications, Inc.

Mr. John DeSimone has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to 2018 and as President and Co-President from 2018 to 2022 of the company.

Mr. Frank Lamberti has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of investor relations. Most recently he served as Regional President of the Americas. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Distributor and Customer Experience. He also served as senior vice president and managing director, North Asia.

Mr. Bosco Chiu is the Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Earlier, Mr. Chiu served as an Auditor at Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Stephan Paulo Gratziani has been the President of the company since 2024. Before this, he served as Chief Strategy Officer of the company. He was a Distributor for 32 years and brings his experience as an entrepreneur with a proven track record of global business growth. He also expanded his Herbalife business to 70 markets across North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
