Mr. Lee Ka Kit has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 1993 to 2019; and an Executive Director of the company since 1985. He served as a Director of The Bank of East Asia Ltd and a Director of Xiaomi Corp. Mr. Lee also serves as the Vice Chairman of Henderson Development Limited and Henderson Investment Limited, and the Chairman of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited. He also serves as a Director of Rimmer (Cayman) Limited, Riddick (Cayman) Limited, Hopkins (Cayman) Limited and Henderson Development.

Mr. Lee Ka Shing has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company from 2005 to 2019. Currently, he serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited and the Chairman of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited. Mr. Lee is the Vice Chairman of Henderson Development Ltd, Chairman and Managing Director of Henderson Investment Ltd, Director of Rimmer (Cayman) Ltd, Riddick (Cayman) Ltd, Hopkins (Cayman) Ltd, Henderson Development, Believegood Ltd, Cameron Enterprise Inc and Richbond Investment Ltd.

Mr. Fung Hau Chung has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Director and the Head of Global Banking and Markets of Hang Seng Bank Limited. He served as a Board Member of the Hospital Authority and Airport Authority Hong Kong; and a Director of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Hospital Governing Committee of Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.

Mr. Wong Wing Hoo serves as the General Manager for the construction department of the company. Previously, he served as the president of the Hong Kong Construction Association, chairman of the Construction Industry Training Authority, chairman of the Construction Industry Training Board, director of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, and board member of the Airport Authority Hong Kong. Currently, Mr. Wong serves as director of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park Ltd, board member of the Hospital Authority, member of the Council of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and permanent supervisor of Hong Kong Construction Association.

Mr. Lee Shau Kee is a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company from 1976 to May 2019. He was also an Executive Director of Henderson Investment Limited, the Chairman of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited and a Director of Miramar Hotel and Investment Company, Limited and Hong Kong Ferry (Holdings) Company Limited. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and Chairman of Henderson Development Limited.
