Mr. Theodore Wahl has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this role, he served in various roles in the company, including President and Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Regional Manager, District Manager, Regional Sales Director, Facility Manager, Vice President of Finance, and in a corporate financial management position. Earleir, Mr. Wahl was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Group.

Mr. Andrew W. Kush has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Previously, he also served as the company's Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management. Earlier, he served at PNC Financial Services Group Inc as the Vice President of Risk Management. Mr. Kush joined the company as the company's Vice President of Human Resources in 2010.

Mr. John C. Shea has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2012. Prior to this, he served as the Secretary, Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of HSG. Earlier, he was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services. Mr. Shea joined the company as the Director of Regulatory Reporting in 2009.

Mr. Matt McKee is the Chief Communications Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as a Business Research Analyst and Manager for Merck’s line of adult vaccines for the company. Mr. McKee joined the company in 2004 in the Midwest Division as a Manager-In-Training.
