Mr. Zhou Jie has been the Chairman of the company since October 2016. Prior to this, he held several positions at Shanghai Industrial Holdings Limited including the Executive Director, Vice Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, the Vice Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2016. Previously, he was a Director and General Manager at SIIC Medical Science and Technology (Group) Limited from 2001 to 2003. Earlier, he was the Manager of Investment Department, the Vice General Manager, the Chairman, and the General Manager at Shanghai SIIC Asset Operation Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2001.

Mr. Zhang Xinjun has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since March 2018. He also serves as Deputy General Manager of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served at several positions at the Finance and Accounting Department of the company from July 2001 to June 2007 including Clerk, Deputy Section Chief and Section Chief of Asset Management business. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Haitong International Securities Group Limited from March 2010 to March 2018. Earlier, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Finance at Haitong International Holdings Limited.

Mr. Mao Yuxing has been the Chief Information Officer and Deputy General Manager of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as Deputy General Manager of Information Technology Department at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 2011 to 2016. Previously, he was Assistant to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China from 2001 to 2011. Earlier, he held several positions in Information Technology Department of Shanghai branch at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, such as Programmer, Deputy Section Chief, Section Chief and Deputy Director, from 1993 to 2001.

Mr. Shi Xu has been the Chief Risk Officer of the company since June 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Employee Representative Supervisor of the company between June 2019 and June 2023. Previously, he held various positions at the company including General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Assistant to General Manager, and Staff Manager. He also worked with Haitong Auspicate Capital Management Co., Ltd and Haitong Capital Investment Co., Ltd.

Mr. Li Haichao has been the Deputy General Manager and the Chief Compliance Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the executive deputy secretary-general and the party branch secretary of the Chinese Society of Administrative Reform. Previously, he worked as the deputy inspector of the Decision-Making Consulting Department at the National Academy of Governance.
