Mr. Li Huagang has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as a Director and President of the company. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Haier Electronics. Earlier he served as the Sales Head of Marketing and Promotion Division of Haier. He served as the General Manager of China operations of Haier Smart Home

Mr. Gong Wei has been the Chief Financial Officer, Deputy General Manager, Executive Director Director, and Vice President of the company since June 2022. Previously, he served in various positions including Head of Finance of Haier Refrigerator Co., Ltd. from July 1994 to August 1999, Financial Manager of Haier Northern China Business Development Division from August 1999 to March 2001; the Chief Financial Officer of Haier White Goods Group from April 2001 to June 2008. Mr. Gong currently serves as the Director of various subsidiaries of the Group.
