Mr. Farqad Abdullah Al Sane is the Group Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he held various management and board-level positions for more than 30 years in Kuwait. He joined the company in 2001. Previously, he served as an Internal Auditor at the Kuwait Oil Company, Deputy General Manager of Wafra Real Estate Company, General Manager of Commercial Real Estate Company, and Director of KIPCO Group. He also served as a Director of United Real Estate Company and Alargan International Real Estate Company, and as Chairman of Commercial Markets Complexes Company.

Mr Faisal Hamad Al Ayyar is the Vice Chairman of the company. He also serves as the Chairman of Panther Media Group - Dubai UAE (OSN) and Vice Chairman of Jordan Kuwait Bank – Jordan, United Gulf Bank – Bahrain, Mashare’a Al-Khair Establishment – Kuwait, and Saudia Dairy & Foodstuff Company – KSA. Mr. Al Ayyar is a Director of Gulf Egypt for Hotels & Tourism Company – Egypt.

Mr. Khalid Saoud Al Hassan is the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Previously, he served in various executive positions in professional insurance and administrative divisions. He also serves as the Chairman of Syrian Kuwait Insurance Company, and Vice Chairman of Arab Misr Insurance Group, Arab Orient Insurance Company, and Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company. Mr. Al Hasan is a Director of Egyptian Takaful Property & Liability and Arab Reinsurance Company, and Managing Director of Buruj Cooperative Insurance Company.

Mr. Osama Kamel Mostafa Aly Kishk has been the Group Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2017. He has more than 21 years of experience in the areas of Accounting, Auditing, and Finance.
