Mr. Charles Gurassa has been the Chairman of the company since March 2022. He also serves as a Director of Bucharest Bidco Ltd and Bucharest Topco Ltd. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman at Channel 4. Previously, he served as a Director at English Heritage Trading Ltd, Easyjet Plc, Merlin Entertainments Ltd, Netnames Group Ltd, and Casual Dining Services Ltd.

Ms. Anna Bateson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Customer Officer from 2017 to 2020 and Vice President of Platforms and Partnerships at the company. She joined the company in 2016. Ms. Bateson also held several senior positions at Google, MTV, Bloomberg, ITV and YouTube. She also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Josh Wood Colour at the company.

Ms. Pooja Bagga has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, she led IT initiatives at the Royal Mail Group. She also led ERP transformation, merger and acquisition activities, and cross-company integrations at British Airways, Transport for London, and IAG.

Mr. Brendan O’Grady has been the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Communications at the company from 2017 to 2022. He also held various senior communications positions at the FTSE 100 education company Pearson from 2010 to 2017. Earlier, he held communications positions at the British embassy in Washington DC, in the UK Prime Minister’s office, and in other government departments.

Mr. Richard Furness is the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Director of Marketing, Director of Publishing and Managing Director of Customer Engagement and Business Development at the company.
