Mr. Carlos Hank Gonzalez has been the Chairman of the company since October 2015. He also Served as a Deputy Managing Director of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer Grupo Financiero Interaccoines and Grupo Hermes.

Mr. Jose Marcos Ramirez Miguel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2014. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Banco Mercentile del Norte and Casa de Bolsa Banorte Ixe. Prior to this, he served as Banorte’s Chief Corporate Officer and Managing Director of Wholesale Banking. He also worked at Banque Nacionale de Paris and Banque Indosuez Mexico as a trader in the Mexican market. He served in various management positions at Nacional Financiera S.N.C. He worked for 11 years with Grupo Financiero Santander as Chief Financial Officer, DG of Casa de Bolsa Santander, Managing Director of Wholesale Banking and Executive Vice Prsident of the group.

Mr. Rafael Arana de la Garza is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company. He is the Managing Director of HSBC’s Retail Banking for Latin America and the Caribbean. Mr. Garza serves as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of HSBC Mexico.
