Mr. Ricardo B. Salinas Pliego has been the Chairman of Grupo Elektra since 1987. He is also serving as the Chairman at Banco Aztec since 2002 and TV Azteca since 1993. Prior to this, he worked with The Brinkman Company and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Elena Alti Ortiz has been Chief Marketing Officer of the company since January 2022. She has over 25 years of expertise managing the communication and marketing departments of significant international corporations and advertising agencies.

Mr. Hector O. Romero is the General Director of Punto Casa de Bolsa. Previously, he served as Founding Managing Director at Signum Research. He worked with Grupo Salinas as Director of Investor Relations and as Director of Financial Analysis and Strategy. Formerly, he served as Director of Distribution at Azteca America.

Mr. Eduardo Benigno Parra Ruiz has been the General Director of Afore Azteca. Formerly, he worked with Supplier Integral de Prices, SA de CV as Director of Operations from 2012 to 2013. He held several Executive roles at Actinver Casa de Bolsa from 2010 to 2012 and Barclays Bank Mexico from 2008 to 2010.

Mr. Luis Nino de Rivera Lajous is the Chairman of Banco Azteca. Previously, he served as General Director at Banco Azteca, Citibank Panama, Dresdner Bank Mexico, Confia, Factoring Corporativo, and Arrendadora Financiera Mexicana.
