Mr. Juan Antonio Gonzalez Moreno is the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He also serves as a Director for Banco Mercantil del Norte, Groupo Financiero Banorte, Fundacion Gruma, Fondo de Agua Metropolitano de Monterrey, Consejo Mexicano de Hombres de Negocios, Museo del Acero, Red Ambiental and Nueva Vision para el Desarrollo Agroalimentario de Mexico, A.C. (VIDA). Previously, Mr. Moreno served as the Vice President of Central and Eastern Regions of Mission Foods, Chief Executive Officer of Special Projects at Gruma Corporation, Chief Executive Officer at Gruma Asia-Oceania, President of Azteca Milling, and the President and the Vice President of Sales at Azteca Milling.

Mr. Homero Huerta Moreno is the Chief Administrative Officer and Director of the company. Previously, he held various Senior Management positions, including the Finance and Administrative Vice President for Gruma Venezuela, Management Information Systems Vice President, Corporate Internal Audit Vice President, and Controller Vice President for Gruma Corporation.

Mr. Raul Cavazos Morales is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served in various positions, including the Vice President of Corporate Treasury and Chief Treasury Officer at the company.

Mr. Francisco Martinez Saldivar is the Chief Operational Officer of the company. Previously, he held various leadership positions in the company, including the Vice President and National Manager of Corn Procurement in Azteca Milling and as a Vice President of Corn Procurement in the US, Asia, Mexico, Oceania, and Central America.
