Mr. Augustin de Romanet has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Caisse des Depots et Consignations. Previously, he was the Deputy Finance Director of Credit Agricole SA. He served as the Deputy Secretary-General to the President of the Republic.

Ms. Justine Coutard has been the Chief Officer of Paris-Orly Airport of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Chief of Staff for the Minister of Public Action and Public Accounts from 2018 to 2020. She served as the Chief of Finance, Management and Strategy Officer of the company since 2016 to 2017. Ms. Coutard served as the General Secretary of the Airport Operations Department and Director of Customer Quality at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Mr. Renaud Morel has been the Chief Sustainable Development and Public Affairs Officer of the company since 2023. He was previously Director of ECPO (Engineering and Capital Projects Origination).

Mr. Baptiste Maurand has been the Chief Engineering and Capital Projects Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of ECP, Groupe ADP's engineering division.

Mr. Mathiew Daubert serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held various roles within the company including Head of Customer Division, and Head of Retail. He serves as a Director at Epigo, Media Aeroports de Paris, ADP International SA, TAV Isletme Hizmetleri AS, and the Fonds de Dotation de l'Espace Musees.
