Mr. Zhang Yuliang has been the Chairman and President of the company since 2015. Previously, he founded Shanghai Greenland Corporation in 1992 and served as the General Manager at Shanghai Greenland Corporation.

Mr. Hu Xin has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Vice President of Shanghai Chengtou (Group) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Zhang Yun has been the President and Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as General Manager at Shanghai Greenland Asset Management Co Ltd; General Manager of the asset management and commercial division at Shanghai Greenland Commercial (Group) Co Ltd and Greenland Group.

Mr. Geng Jing has been the President and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Chairman and President at Greenland Financial Holding Group; Assistant to the President, Vice President, Executive Vice President and Executive President at Greenland Group. Prior to that, Mr. Ning also served as the President of Zhangyang Sub-branch at Bank of Shanghai; General Manager of Corporate Finance Department at Pudong Branch, Deputy General Manager of Business Department of Head Office, Director and Executive Vice President at Aijian Securities (in charge of work); Executive Deputy General Manager at Aijian Trust (in charge of work); and Changjiang River Vice President at Pension Insurance, etc.

Mr. Chen Jun has been the President of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Assistant to the General Manager of the Xi'an Real Estate Division, Deputy General Manager of the Xi'an Real Estate Division, General Manager of the Xi'an (Northwest) Real Estate Division, Assistant to the President, Vice President, Executive Vice President at Greenland Group. Mr. Jun also served as the Executive President, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and President at Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited.
