Mr. Hilton H. Howell, Jr. has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2013 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman from 2002 to 2016 an Executive Vice President of the company from 2000 to 2008. Mr. Howell served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic American Corporation from 1995 to 2001 and as the Chairman in 2009. He also served as the General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Delta Fire & Casualty Insurance Company and Delta Life Insurance Company in 1991. Earlier, he served as a Director of Atlantic American Corporation, American Southern Insurance Company, Bankers Fidelity Life Insurance Company, American Safety Insurance Company, Delta Fire & Casualty Insurance Company, and Delta Life Insurance Company.

Mr. Donald P. LaPlatney has been the President, Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Director, of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Raycom from 2016 to 2019. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Raycom from 2014 to 2016; Senior Vice President of Digital Media from 2012 to 2014; and the Vice President of Digital Media from 2007 to 2012. Previously, Mr. LaPlatney worked at The Tube Media Corp, Westwood One, and Raycom Sports.

Mr. James C. Ryan has been an Executive Vice President of the company since 2016 and the Chief Financial Officer since 1998. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company from 2002 to 2016 and Vice President from 1998 to 2002.

Mr. Robert L. Smith has been the Chief Operating Officer the company since 2019. Prior to that, he served as the Co-Chief Operating Officer from 2016 to 2018 and the Senior Vice President of the company from 2013 to 2016. Previously, Mr. Smith served as the Director of the Wisconsin Broadcaster.

Mr. Kevin P. Latek has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Development Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President, Business Affairs, since 2013 and as Vice President for Law and Development from 2012 to 2013. Previously, Mr. Latek represented financial institutions and television and radio broadcasters in FCC regulatory and transactional matters with the law firm of Dow Lohnes, PLLC. He is also member of the CBS Affiliates Board, the National Association of Broadcasters Educational Foundation, the American Bar Association and the Federal Communications Bar Association.
