Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla is the Chairman of the company. He also chairs the Boards of major companies such as Birla Carbon, Aditya Birla Chemicals, Domsjo Fabriker, Terrace Bay Pulp Mill, Hindalco Industries Ltd., Grasim Industries Ltd., UltraTech Cement Ltd., Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. and Aditya Birla Capital Ltd.

Mr. Jayant V Dhobley has been the Business Head and the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Chemicals, Fashion Yarn, and Insulators division at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he worked at Amcor Limited in strategy and operation for the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Pavan K. Jain has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served in various business divisions of the Aditya Birla Group including Birla White, Grey Cement, and Grasim CFD. He was the Head of Finance and Commercial Functions in Cement Business at the company.

Mr. Harikrishna Agarwal has been the Managing Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles in the Aditya Birla Group's Cement, Chemicals, Advanced Materials, and Pulp and Fibre businesses. Mr. Agarwal also serves as a Business Director of the company’s global Pulp & Fibre Business, Birla Cellulose. He is a Director of Aditya Birla Management Corp. Private Limited.
