Mr. Michael F. McNally has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Director of the company from 2016 to 2021. Mr. McNally was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Skanska USA Inc. He also serves as a Director at Limbach Holdings Inc. and the Rhode Island Commerce Corporation. He held various management positions at Fluor, Marshall Contractors, Mobil Oil, and J. Ray McDermott.

Mr. Kyle T. Larkin has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President and Manager of Construction and Materials Operations from 2019 to 2020, and the Senior Vice President and Group Manager from 2017 to 2019. He also served as the Vice President and Regional Manager in Nevada from 2014 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Director of Associated General Contractors (AGC) from 2016 to 2017. Mr. Larkin was the President of Granite’s wholly owned subsidiary, Intermountain Slurry Seal Inc from 2011 to 2014. He worked as the Manager of Construction at the Reno area office from 2008 to 2011. Mr. Larkin served as the Chief Estimator from 2004 to 2008 and Project Manager, Project Engineer and Estimator at Granite’s Nevada Branch between 1996 and 2003.

Ms. Elizabeth L. Curtis has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, she served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Investor Relations of the company. Ms. Curtis also served as the Vice President and Integration Management Officer of the company from 2018 to 2019. She was the Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Layne Christensen Company.

Mr. James A. Radich has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President and the Group Manager of the company; the Vice President and the Coastal Region Manager of the company from 2014 to 2019; and the Vice President of the Northern California Region from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Radich also served as the Project Engineer from 1980 to 1983 at the company, and the Project Manager for the Heavy Civil and Vertical Divisions from 1985 to 1990.

Mr. Staci Woolsey has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller of the company from 2018 to 2020. Ms. Woolsey was the Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer at MDC Holdings, Inc. She also served as the Vice President and Controller of the Energy, Infrastructure and Industrial Construction division at AECOM from February 2016 to December 2018.
