Mr. Brian E Mueller has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since January 2017. He has been the Director of the company's board since 2009. Prior to this, Ms. Claypatch was also the Chief Information Officer at Apriva. She served as the Vice President-Information Technology at TSYS Acquiring Solutions from 2006 to 2012.

Ms. Dilek Marsh has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Data Officer of the company since July 2018. She has been the Executive Vice President since July 2012 and Senior Vice President since August 2008. Ms. Marsh served in Information Technology roles since 1999, including project management, software development, business process design, and business analytics.
