Mr. Glenn Saldanha has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since 2001. He joined the company in 1998 as the Director and was promoted as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2001. Prior this, Mr. Saldanha has worked with PriceWater House Coopers, USA and Eli Lily, USA.

Mr. V. S. Mani has been the Executive Director and Global Chief Financial Officer of Glenmark since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President of Finance at the Bhartiya Group. He has more than 25 years of rich industry experience across treasury, taxation, accounting, financial planning and analysis, legal, secretarial, audits, risk management and investor relations. Mr. Mani also held the position of the Chief Financial Officer at Cipla.

Ms. Cherylann Pinto has been the Executive Director of Corporate Sales of the company since 2007. She is in charge of Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility, Information Technology, Administration, and Insurance at Glenmark.

Dr. Nikhil Amin has been the President of Innovative Medicines Group and Chief Scientific Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Global Clinical Lead of Inflammation and Immunology at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. Before that, he worked at MannKind Corporation. Dr. Amin has also held academic positions at New York Medical College.

Mr. Alind Sharma has been the Global Chief Human Resources Officer and President of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Human Capital at Optum. Mr. Alind also worked at Pfizer and has held several senior positions in the company.
