Mr. Craig Langel has been the Chairman of the company and bank since 2005. Prior to this, he served as a director of Glacier’s former subsidiary First Security Bank of Missoula from 1984 to 2005. He is an officer and shareholder of Langel & Associates, P.C., a consulting and tax services firm, the owner and CEO of CLC Restaurants, Inc., and part owner of Mustard Seed Restaurants. He also serves as the director of two non-profit organizations, Taco Bell Foundation and Missoula Children’s Theatre.

Mr. Randall M. Chesler has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017 and a Director since 2016. Prior to this, he served as a President of Glacier Bank from 2015 to 2016. Previously, he was a President of CIT Bank, President of Small Business Lending and President of Consumer Finance division at CIT Group.

Mr. Ron J. Copher has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2006. He also serves as the Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Oak Hill Financial, Inc. Previously, he worked as a partner with Grant Thornton LLP and served as the Practice Leader of the Financial Services Industry Group for Southern California. He holds over 23 years of experience in financial services industry.

Mr. Don. J Chery has been the Chief Administrative Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Administrative Officer and an Executive Vice President of Glacier Bank. He holds over 38 years of experience in banking industry.
