Mr. James M. Estey has been the Chairman of the company since 2013. Previously, he served as the Chairman of UBS Securities Canada. Mr. Estey also serves as the Chairman of the board of PrairieSky Royalty Ltd; Lead Director of New Gold Inc; a member of the Advisory Committee at the Murray Edwards School of Business and is involved in several charitable organizations. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial markets.

Mr. Steve Spaulding has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Natural Gas Liquids at Texas-based Lone Star NGL LLC. Previously, Mr. Spaulding also served as the Senior Vice President of Gathering and Processing at Crosstex Energy. He has more than 25 years of experience in the midstream industry including operations, business development, and marketing.

Mr. Sean M. Brown has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director in the Power & Energy Infrastructure Group at BMO Capital Markets. Mr. Brown also held various senior management positions at J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. In addition, he spent 15 years in investment banking to companies in the energy infrastructure sector across North America.

Mr. Omar Saif has been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to joining Gibson, he served as a Director, Operations for Plains Midstream Canada and has held various positions with BP.

Mr. Sean Wilson has been the Chief Administrative and Sustainability Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2007. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Commercial Development of the company. Mr. Wilson served as the Corporate Lawyer at Bennett Jones LLP.
