Ms. Geraldine Perichon has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company since 20234 . Prior to this, she held various roles at Suez Group, which included Financial Director Recycling and Recovery France in 2020, Senior Vice President for Finance and Strategy Italy, Central and Eastern Europe in 2019, and Group M&A Director from 2015 to 2019. Earlier, she also worked at Boston Consulting Group, Cinven and the AMF.

Ms. Anne-Sophie de Faucigny has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as an Account Manager of Spain at TMP Worldwide. She was a Director of Yposkesi from 2018 to 2021.

Mr. Steven Moore serves as the Chief Investment and Safety Officer, and Chief Executive Officer-ElecLink of the company. Previously, he served as a Director at British Energy.

Mr. Raphael Doutrebent has been the Chairman of Europorte since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Human Resources at MPO France, Sabena Technics and Brittany Ferries. He also served as the Director of Operations and Human Resources at Monier France. Mr. Doutrebente was the Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Europorte.
