Gentherm Inc: Executives

Mr. Ronald Hundzinski has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Director of TI Fluid Systems since 2020. Mr. Hundzinski has served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Tenneco. He also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BorgWarner Inc.

Mr. Phillip M Eyler has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the President of the Connected Car division at Harman International, a subsidiary of Samsung. Prior to this, he held various senior management positions, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Harman’s Global Automotive Audio business.

Mr. Matteo Anversa has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Myers Industries. Prior to this, he held executive management positions, including Vice President, Group at FP&A Fiat Chrysler and Chief Financial Officer at Ferrari SpA.

Mr. Vishnu Sundaram has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President, Head of Cockpit Connected Services at Stellantis and Senior Vice President of Telematics for Harman/Samsung.

Ms. Barbara J Runyon has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, she served as the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at La-Z-Boy Inc. Prior to this, she worked at PepsiCo/The Pepsi Bottling Group for 14 years.
