Mr. H. Lawrence Culp has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GE since October 2018. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of GE Aviation since June 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of the company from April 2018 to September 2018. Previously, Mr. Culp served as the Director of GlaxoSmithKline and T. Rowe Price Group; Senior Advisor at Bain Capital Private Equity from 2017 to 2018; Senior Lecturer of Harvard Business School from 2015 to 2018; and Chief Executive Officer and President of Danaher from 2000 to 2014 and held various positions within it including Chief Operating Officer of Finance & Accounting, Industry & Operations.

Ms. Carolina Dybeck Happe has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of GE since March 2020. Prior to joining the company, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Maersk. She held various positions at Assa Abloy for 16 years, including Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Happe also serves as the Director of E.ON.

Mr. Thomas S. Timko has been the Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President and Controller of GE since September 2018. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer of General Motors from 2013 to 2018.

Mr. Chris Pereira has been the Chief Risk Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of the company since September 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Risk Officer of GE since January 2019. He joined the company in 2007 and served as its Senior Corporate of Securities and Finance Counsel; Vice President; Deputy General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of GE Capital; Vice President and General Counsel of Business Innovations for GE Lighting, GE Current, GE Ventures and GE Shared Services; and Vice President and Chief Corporate of Securities & Finance Counsel. Previously, Mr. Pereira served as the Vice President of Legal Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Exelixis.

Ms. Nancy Anderson has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since July 2020. Prior to this, she served as the Interim Chief Information Officer of the company in February 2020 and Chief Information Officer at GE Power from 2017 to 2020. Ms. Nancy served as the Chief Information Officer at GE Transportation in 2006.
