Mr. Aaron P Jagdfeld has been the Chief Executive Officer, Chairman and President of the company since February 2016. He has been the President since 2007 and the Chief Executive Officer since 2008 at the company. Previously, Mr. Jagdfeld served as the Chief Financial Officer at the company in 2002. Prior to that, he worked in the audit practice at the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office of Deloitte and Touche.

Mr. Patrick Forsythe has been the Chief Technical Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Global Engineering at the company since July 2015. Prior to the, he served as the Vice President at Global Engineering & Technology of Hayward Industries from 2008 to 2015, Vice President of Global Engineering at Ingersoll Rand Company from 2004 to 2008; and Director of Engineering at Ingersoll Rand Company from 2002 to 2004. Prior to 2002, Mr. Forsythe also served in various engineering management capacities at Generac from 1995 to 2002.
