Mr. Jerome Brunel has been the Chairman of the company since April 2020. Previously, he served as the company's Secretary until December 2019. Mr. Brunel served at Credit Agricole S.A as Head of the Regional Banks Division; Private Equity; Private Banking and Public Affairs. He also served as Head of Human Resources at Credit Lyonnais.

Mr. Dutreuil began his career at KPMG Audit, before moving to the Investment Banking Department at Calyon, where he stayed from 1999 to 2006. From 2006 to 2009, he was the Head of Operations and Finance for Dolmea Real Estate then Head of Investment Banking at Credit Suisse. From 2009 to 2013, Mr. Dutreuil was a Deputy Finance Director at Icade.

Ms. Valerie Britay has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Office Division of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of Office division of the company in 2017. Prior to that, Ms. Britay served as the Managing Director Retail France, Deputy Managing Director of the Office division, and Sales Director at Unibail-Rodamco since 2005.
