Mr. William Wei Huang has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2002. Prior to this, Mr. Huang served as the Director of Haitong-Fortis Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd from 2004 to 2020. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Shanghai Meining Computer Software Co., Ltd.

Mr. Sio Tat Hiang has been the Vice Chairman of the company 2014. He also serves as Director of ST Telemedia, and STTC since2020. Previously, he worked as the Chairman of Virtus HoldCo Limited from 2017 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of STT GDC from 2012 to 2020. Earlier, he served as Chairman of the board of STT GDC from 2017 to 2020. Mr. Sio also sits on the Boards of U Mobile Sdn Bhd, and STT Global Data Centres India Private Limited.

Mr. Daniel Newman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as an Advisor at GDS from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, he served as the Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2008 to 2009. He also served as an Advisor at Reliance Communications in Mumbai, India from 2005 to 2007. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director at Deutsche Bank from 2001 to 2005. Previously, Mr. Newman worked as an investment banker at Salomon Brothers from 1997 to 2001 and at S.G. Warburg from 1983 to 1997.
