Mr. Moore joined the company in January 2014. Previously, he served as the Vice President, Senior Corporate Counsel at Penn from March 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Moore served at Ballard Spahr LLP.

Mr. Matthew Demchyk has been the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Mr. Demchyk joined the company in February 2019 as the Senior Vice President of Investments. Previously, he worked as a Portfolio Manager of Real Estate Securities at Millennium Partners for around nine years. Earlier, Mr. Demchyk served as the Assistant Portfolio Manager at CenterSquare Investment Management.

Mr. Steven L Ladany has been the Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Mr. Ladany joined the company in September 2014 as the Vice President of Finance until March 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President at Revel Casino Hotel and J.P. Morgan.
