Mr. Curtis J. Myers has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2023. President and Chief Operating Officer of Fulton since 2018. Previously h served as a Chief Operating Officer of the company. He also serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and President of Fulton Bank, NA. Mr. Myers has been associated with the company since 1990.

Ms. Angela M. Sargent has been the Senior Executive Vice President of the company since 2013 and Chief Information Officer and Information Technology Manager since 2006. Prior to this, she served in various leadership roles within the company including Vice President, Business Technology Manager, and Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Operations and Information Technology Manager.

Mr. Atul Malhotra has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as Managing Director of Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to this, Mr. Malhotra held the position of a regulatory and risk strategy consultant for several publicly traded companies.

Ms. Bernadette M. Taylor has been the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, she served as a Director of Human Resources and Executive Vice President of Employee Services and Employment of the company. Earlier, Ms. Taylor served as the Senior Vice President of Employee Services of the company.

Ms. Betsy Chivinski has been Senior Executive Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer since February 2024. Previously, she served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Audit Executive. Prior to this, Ms. Chivinski served as the Executive Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer.
