Earlier, he served as the Vice President and the General Manager of Sales Division at American Fuji Seal Inc during 2000 to 2011. Mr. Shirokawa served as the General Manager of Europe Sales Division at Fuji Seal Europe Ltd. He joined the company in 1985.
