Mr. Gregg C. Sengstack has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Franklin Electric since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2014 to 2015 and President and Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Sengstack also worked as the Senior Vice President and President of Franklin Fueling Systems and International Water Group from 2005 to 2011 and Chief Financial Officer of the Company from 1999 to 2005. He serves on the board of Woodward Inc.

Mr. Taylor has been the Chief Financial Officer of Franklin Electric Co since 2021. Prior to that he was Chief Financial Officer at Blue Bird Corporation. He previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wabash National Corporation.

Mr. Jonathan Grandon has been the Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of Franklin Electric since 2016. Prior to joining the company, he served as the Vice President, Integration at Zimmer Biomet from 2015 to 2016. He also served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Biomet since 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President and Division General Counsel, Associate General Counsel, Corporate at Biomet from 2013 to 2014.
